**Update** 12/14/18 The company contacted me and kindly helped me to rectify the situation. I commend the company for being willing to solve the problem and work with the customer. For this reason, I am increasing the star level to three stars. First, there are so many chambers in the product that need to be filled with air that it takes about 30 minutes to simply fill a bumper ball, with one person blowing air into each chamber. There was no air compressor. Second, for some reason, the chambers didn't fully inflate. So when two people collided, they weren't as awake as they should be. Third, there is no good way to deflate bumper balls. We drove home from vacation after using them and after sitting on them for 20 minutes and squeezing the air duct to let the air out, they still had air in them that we couldn't let out. Therefore, they were difficult to pack as they were bulky given the air remaining. So the concept behind it is good, but there are too many of them to overdo and dump.
