My waist is about 40-42 inches, does vary a bit and this belt only works on the largest setting. This belt is less than 40 inches adjustable, I can actually say that. I wouldn't recommend more. This belt is good when you are sitting, working or standing or walking. Any maneuvering, tilting, tipping, lifting objects, any contraction of the waist and abdominal muscles and this harness will not work properly. It will stretch (too stretchy), slip and then you will have to adjust it. If you don't want to adjust your crotch and belt all day, DO NOT buy this belt. elastic. Good and bad. It's bad for me. I'm not SUPER active but GOD I bend over a few times and I have to keep adjusting this harness. Ridiculous. Big waste of time. Durability aside, how long does the elastic part last? Eventually the rubber band will stretch, lose its flexibility, tear, tear. And when you put something in your pockets, such as B. a large mobile phone, it weighs on this strap and begins to stretch. Not good. Wearing heavy clothing is not a good idea, this belt does NOT support weight, moderately active functions. Looks. Looks nice. You can't see the logo under the armor on any color no matter what the listing says you can see the logo, color contrast etc. If you are a brand whore, this will not represent you well. Why would you spend money on this belt? No idea. My suggestion.1. ratchet strap. You can customize them. Pretty cool. That was what I was using then it started to slip. I adjusted and used a different area of the ratchet (cut off some material, that's how you adjust, I took off) and it stopped slipping.2. leather belt. You can't go wrong with the quality. full skin Will last for years. Defect. Not very adjustable. I recommend a woven leather belt so you can adjust the size with a pin and buckle. Belt without scratches. Leather belt no scratches, no buckle, pretty good. These are the 3 best belts I've ever bought in my entire life. Do not buy this belt. waste of time. waste of money.
