I like that it's easy for me as a user to manage all my customer information in one place. It was also very simple to set up which saved us time! There isn't much you can dislike about this software other than its price point. If you're looking for something cheap to get started with then check out Ataccama and try it first before making any commitments. We were able to centralize our customer records including contact details, billing address, shipping addresses etc. This has helped save so much time when we are dealing with customers or sending them mailings.
