I almost fell out of my chair when I saw that it was <$10 and got great reviews. I bought it and am delighted with the performance, quality and durability. I had to buy a USB-C to Lightning cable for my iPhone, but that's fine (and it was clear from the description what was included, so I knew what to expect). The included charging cable is AWESOME, a good length and works great with my Android phone. So yes, it can be used to fast charge Android phones and iPhones and it does an excellent job. Works as advertised and is a quality product. Love it!
