I liked the fit of the headband, it's the only thing that fits me. The sound was incredible. loved her. However, the headphones died in less than 4 months. I was able to speak to the seller and what an amazing experience. She asked me a few questions and promised to send me a pair of replacement speakers and a spare speaker! And as per their word, I received the replacement parts BEFORE they were promised. It was wonderful! I have never had such excellent customer service in my life. She was wonderful to work with, polite, caring and pleasant. Anything can happen with a product, but when you have great customer service, people come back and I will!
