good mouthpiece overall. It's a little smaller than I thought. The cover is a nice addition. Follow directions: I cooked mine for 30 seconds instead of 15, and it deformed VERY quickly. When I took it out with pliers the two parts of the mouthpiece stuck together and I had to separate them with my hand, luckily it was just cold enough to touch. wasn't in the best position so I had to fiddle with it quickly before it froze. I actually bit a hole through the back end pretty hard with a molar, but that could also be because I overcooked it. To be honest I don't really need it and just bought it for fun along with some Everlast Heavy Bag (L/XL) Mixed Martial Arts Gloves, RDX Neoperene MMA, Calf Raise Pads, Leg Guards, Muay Thai, Training Protection Gear for boxing , Kickboxing (CE SATRA certified) and this MaxxMMA Speed-Adjustable Freestanding Reflex Bag Kit. I can still say that it is a quality product, even if in practice I did not have to use it and overcooked it by mistake.
