Worked out well. in my review
I ordered a large based on my waist measurement. While the ample width of velcro guarantees it will fit various sizes, I had to close it at the beginning of the velcro. Since I was wearing a cape no one could see the belt didn't fit me completely. I would suggest buying up the next siz up unless you have no waist bulge at all. It didn't roll over but it rode up a bit. Loosening it would have eliminated that probably,.
