False advertising

This is NOT wrapping paper, this is a decorative insert for crafts or shelving. The tape doesn't stick to it, there are even instructions on how to stick it on dressers and crafts. A very misleading description. Bought for my 2 year old birthday gifts and I had to use duct tape to keep the duct tape from popping. Very shiny and great for crafting I'm sure but it's not advertised that way.
