Like new Item had water and no original packaging. This is usually stated in the condition. Due to new or compromised FBA sending this update - tried again BUT this time I went with the block (not ooli). Background, I have had a Chilipad for over 7 years. It still works. One of the blocks isn't cooling as well as it used to, which is also what I suggested looking at the chili blanket. So this one is back too. The blanket temp is listed as 55⁰ but it looks like the blanket is absorbing heat instead of giving me an icy coolness like a chili pad. The weight and smoothness of the blanket was good, but I had to use both a chilli pad and a chili blanket, which is too much. I ended up with a lightweight blanket that cost $15 and works great with a Chilipad (https://smile.amazon.com). /dp/B083TQ2D2V) I think I know when to change my pad, I just change it, not the blanket. I dare too.
