I don't often get pimples on my buttocks, but when I do it sucks. I have to deal with this and some other places where I get pimples on my body in the summer. Overall I think it helps and really speeds up the healing process compared to nothing so I like it. It won't fix things overnight, so keep your expectations in check. Acne marks leave red marks when it's not my face so I needed an alternative product for the acne I get here and there on my body and it works for me. Overall I think it's pretty good and I like it, but ymmv depends on your breakout level, skin type and expectations. My skin isn't oily, but it's not very dry either, and it hasn't contributed to additional acne or made my skin oily.
