There was a moment of disappointment but I got it and now I love this table! It arrived in great condition, loved the attention that went into the packaging of this item. It was simple and easy to climb the stairs. All items were in excellent condition. The part where I struggled was in its construction. The parts fit together very snugly and I couldn't just do it by hand. I was afraid they wouldn't fit. After a few curses, I got so angry I decided it was time to get the hammer. I used a plastic mallet handle to keep the paint from chipping and banged the pieces together. I did that and it worked. The pieces fit so tightly that you don't need screws to hold them together! The upper is lightweight and looks great, very strong and consistent!
