I give it 5 stars because it works great. Like Apple's own 18W, it actually charges phones of different makes and models. I didn't understand why Apple changed one of the iPad's charge/sync ports to USB Type-C but still uses Lightning on most other iPhones/iPads. Now that you have 11 pro, you need to insert a weird cord with a zipper on one end and type C on the other end. It's just annoying and literally self-centered. Also, I should have found out that my Mac Book Pro 61w adapter is also a perfect match for the iPhone 11 Pro cable, yes that expensive weird cable, why waste money on this universal one? Maybe I'd like to put one in every room including the bathroom? Maybe.
