This is my second pair. I liked the first ones so much that I waited a whole year to buy them in my color and size. I really like the fit and they are very comfortable to wear to the office all day. These pants are vanity size. I usually wear a size 6 and when I first tried on a size 6 it was too loose/big. The fourth size fits better. If it helps someone determine if a size 4 fits them, I can say that my body measurements are: waist 31.5, hips 36.5, hips 20.5, inseam 28.
