Ideal for whitening teeth!
I just started whitening my teeth and they protect the gums very well. Make sure you use the pointed cap to apply the gel to your gums, which makes it very easy to be accurate. I use a UV light on the gel to harden it (about 30 seconds) before applying the hydrogen peroxide. I love this product, it makes sure I don't burn my client.
