I like that it is easy to use, has many integrations (both internal & external), can be customized by adding new features as needed without requiring development time or additional IT support staff! It's difficult for small businesses with limited resources when compared against larger companies who have better tech infrastructure in place already - but there are ways around this if you're willing/able enough ;) Great product overall though- good price point too!! If your looking into an integrated solution between multiple departments within one organization then look no further than Mait IM! Benefits include centralized communication across departmental silos; ability of employees from various locations throughout our enterprise networked via VPNs / Citrix connect easily allowing us access at any given moment regardless where they may currently reside physically ;.
