Doesn't fit Apple Pencil 2nd Gen

The description says it's designed for 2nd Gen Apple Pencil but for 1st Gen instead. The 2nd generation pencil is smaller so it sits and slides freely. What harms the top. Disappointing as the new iPad only works with the 2nd generation Apple Pencil - so why design it so its case doesn't support the right stylus? I returned it.
