I couldn't get this product to work and due to my business hours I couldn't call tech support. I really wanted this to work and was looking forward to it. And I didn't want to return it immediately because I really wanted to contact their technical support. Unfortunately today I decided I couldn't contact the technical team and went to return it but I was a day late to return it. The bad review isn't about the product - as I don't know how well it works - I just know it doesn't work with my setup currently. The bad rating is because they have very limited time for technical support and/or product returns. I'm just sick of losing all that money, although honestly it was my fault for not throwing it out the window again - hopefully I'll find out I can make it work with mine when I have free time for the vacation have laptop.
