I've tried two of these and neither worked properly. The AirPods charging pad was not constantly charging, but was turning off and on, which is indicated by the charging indicator flashing between green (not charged) and blue (charged). The phone charging dock will not charge the AirPods at the same time, the AirPods will only charge continuously when the phone is charging at the same time.
