Watch strap pins not long enough
The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. I ordered the correct size strap (20mm) but the pins preinstalled in the strap were too short to fit the mounting holes on my Timex watch. I think the new style pins with a small handle for inserting and removing pins is a great idea but the pin design uses less leather to accommodate the small handle which is a weak point and I believe this will affect the durability of this type of group. I removed the pins from the new tape and reinstalled the pins from my original tape.
