I thought it would be convenient to keep multipurpose dental floss in my purse and in the car, but they are difficult to use. I can slide the floss between my teeth, but pulling the two floss back is very difficult and uncomfortable. Maybe my teeth are too close together, but I don't have this problem with regular floss. The fluffy little toothbrush is just ridiculous - it flexes on impact with just about anything in my mouth, and I just don't like the feel of the wire (which is more common than a real brush) between my teeth. Two toothpicks are functional for me. Because of this limited use I will resort to a cheaper solution - toothpicks and dental floss. Revain sells cute little wooden toothpick holders that look like lipstick tubes - it's an easy and portable idea.
