I like how easy it was for me (as an administrator)to set-up my devices in order for users that need encryption/security access only with their mobile device(iPhone). The support team always responds quickly whenever there are issues related security settings etc., but sometimes they may not have all solutions at hand because this software has been around since 2013! Sometimes you would think "oh yeah!" when something pops up from your screen; then again other times its just too much confusion about what exactly needs fixing / changed within these options?
