The ability to create customised reports in seconds, not hours or days! This has allowed us as an organisation with limited resources access our data at speed previously unattainable for this size of business without having dedicated staff solely focused upon it's development (which we do have). We are able solve problems that would otherwise take months/years if they were even possible using EDI alone - which was never intended when developing these systems back 20 years ago. We also use other products from InControl but I can't remember what those ones actually used them now so cannot comment further than just saying you should try everything available!!
