My cat literally tore up my stairs! I've tried so many sprays and double sided tapes, nail caps, etc. I thought we'd go again. But this time I was wrong! Now let me say yes this stuff smells really strong when you spray it on and for a while after - BUT it's not a bad smell. Mainly lemongrass and rosemary. But he's strong, so for those who can't handle him, your warning. But if it works, then I think everyone can handle the smell of herbs in their home! Oh, and one last warning - don't make the same mistake I made. When I first used this I "sprayed" my stairs really really hard causing the excess spray to settle on my forearms and hands. never mind BEFORE some time later I decided to quit smoking and got the shock of my life that could have been avoided if only I had read the bottle first. But no. Obviously, subconsciously, I wanted to try this stuff myself and see what "bitterness" is. I can confirm, yes, it's 150% bitter and then some! So wash your hands after spraying lol!
