Poor quality but great customer service

I bought a set in brown. Floor mats and center rail were three different shades of brown, looked cheap! But I took a chance because the reviews were good. But over time, the edges of the mats will curl! The picture posted shows the curl that appeared after 3 months of daily use. Now let's try to turn them upside down when not in use and put heavy objects on the corners to smooth them out. That's ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying this product. I don't know why there are such good reviews. ** UPDATE 05/26/2020 ** Apologies for the negative review of the product itself. 5 stars ***** for excellent customer service. The seller responded immediately and corrected things according to my previous review. I was offered a full refund or replacement. I have opted for a full refund.
