I like that it's easy for me as an admin to see my top selling items in each category so we can easily target our marketing efforts towards those categories.
This is very helpful when trying to figure out how much inventory you need from your suppliers or figuring which product mix will give us the most profit margin per SKU. The filters are also not always intuitively understood by customers who have never used them before. It would be nice if there was a way to create custom fields/filters without having to go through all of their existing ones first! We use this tool primarily to keep track of item profitability but have found several other ways they've helped improve efficiencies within the organization.
