I bought this for my wife for our anniversary. She likes it, but it's small and the bottom buckles hurt her back, she said. But it's a basic handbag not full of pockets maybe 3 small pockets not big enough to put most of her stuff in, when she folds all her stuff she says the bottom buckles put pressure on hers exercise back and hurt their pain. We also wanted it to be more adjustable, not just from the bottom but also from the top so it doesn't hang as low on your back. Other than that, this is a great bag.
