Other edit: They seem to have fixed the individual mic mute, but the mic volume is still set to 60%. 2nd edit: Another star removed. The dongle/headset is now suffering from issues and usually requires me to unplug and plug it back in for it to work. It was also causing video playback issues until I turned it off and on again. I'm assuming it's a driver issue, but I'm using the latest version. Edit: Had to deduct a star. Since the last update, Swarm almost always crashes. At the moment I can no longer recommend these headphones. As I said, this headset is very good. Light weight for wireless connection, clamping force is a little high but not that bad. They sound great with multiple EQ options. However, there is one design decision that can be a deciding factor for users with a separate microphone. If this headset is turned on with no microphone connected, or if the microphone is removed, the headset will mute ALL Windows inputs. This means that all standalone microphones will no longer pick up sound. There is a workaround by going into the microphone properties and enabling the microphone, but you will need to do this EVERY TIME YOU TURN ON THE HEADSET. I contacted support and they said there was no way to change it. If this changes in the future I will be happy to update this to 5 stars but for those with offline mics you have been warned.
