Not only was it late, although I paid extra for fast delivery. Not only did the item arrive at least once in a damaged box, open, obviously "repackaged" (more assembled by someone who doesn't understand how boxes work), and parts of the box fell out as soon as I opened Revane's bag. But the product itself is falsely advertised. It will NOT fit my Razer Siren X. With or without an extension cord. There was also bruising on the subject. I've never been annoyed when I bought it. I was disappointed yes. But that's a whole other level. I requested a refund before the product had worked at my home for an hour. Terrible enough to make me write an angry review. Would give 0 or minus stars if possible.
