I have problems with both the forward tilt of my right shoulder and with posture in general. I really like the shoulder straps because they are durable but not bulky. The waist has hook and eye straps running the full length of the zip that can be pinned to support the zip and ensure a snug fit. Overall, this garment fits well and is comfortable, but does the job of maintaining the shoulders, a tight waist, and a straight spine. One thing I will say is that it is long in the upper body. I'm 5'4", 124 lbs, 36-28-36 and have a torso to leg ratio. It fits me but sits below my hip bones which might be too long for someone who is shorter.
