I used a credit card to make the purchase. Satisfied. A DSLR with a whale lens that does the job just fine. You can't find a better deal anywhere else. After much deliberation and reading countless reviews, I finally decided to purchase a Nikon d3100 rather than a Canon d1100. The whale lens excels at landscape shots, but I have no immediate need for a camera. A tripod was a later purchase. No longer required for those who have no intention of making a living through photography.
