I personally sent them back because the light was too yellow for the newly renovated space I bought them for. However, I have no complaints about the lamps themselves. They are exactly what they are and should be. I bought two boxes, each bulb worked, the packaging was well protected during shipping and the bulbs looked beautiful. They were just too yellow and blocked too much light given the space and semi-enclosed fixtures I bought, and I'd never used Edison-style bulbs before so I wasn't ready. Do your homework and order the right style lamp for your space. They're great, just not for me. Also, I have 15 year old dimmers (brand unknown) and would like to report that I installed and tried them out in a short time before admitting my mistake in light selection, the dimming function works perfectly. Less noise than the traditional tubes that came before and they looked fantastic at ultra low frequencies which is what I heard in my research as some people complained about some Edison style tubes.
