This item was purchased for a 2 year old to play in Ohio during the winter, he wears his scarf and his face is always red. Even though it's a size 4-7, it fits him great. The eye hole extends from his eyebrows to the tip of his nose and he can adjust it to stick his nose out when needed. The neck is very long

CAN I WEAR PINK SKI MASKS UNDER A HELMET? Yes! Our pink cold weather balaclava is thin enough to fit under most ski helmets. If you plan to use this kids face mask under a helmet and are between sizes, we recommend purchasing the smaller of the two sizes. A slightly tighter fit reduces this thermal snow mask's sticking to a helmet.
