At first it seemed fine when I tried the adapter in some casual Switch games but after trying To Play Hatsune Miku The Diva Mega Mix Project realized painfully that it would never work. I tried playing around with different in-game volume and latency configurations, but none of them helped improve the audio latency. If you're not planning on using this for music gaming, this shouldn't be too bad, but note that delays when playing rhythm will certainly be an issue if you plan to use Bluetooth through regular headphones with an audio jack in gaming (not sure if the sound is only delayed for the switch or also for other devices). I've played rhythm games on other devices that support Bluetooth headphones and never had lag issues on those consoles. This can be a common problem with all Bluetooth adapters for the Switch, but I don't have the patience or the money. to check this use it yourself.
