Headphones won't connect, I've tried everything

I bought these in August 2020 and they have worked great for the first few months. Initially I had no trouble connecting them to my iPhone or Macbook, music and calls sounded great and they fit comfortably in my ears. I read a couple of reviews that said you can use the earbuds individually if you want by simply popping the unused one back into the charging case. I've done this a few times here and there and put an earbud I was using back into the charging case when I was done, but I've found that the next time I try to use both earbuds, after only using one, won. It doesn't take me a second to connect them to my phone. annoying but ok. They paired again as one device and it was fine the first few times, but then they stopped pairing and instead appeared on my phone as 2 separate "Urbanista London". I had to toggle bluetooth on and off, fully charge the earbuds even if they weren't dead, forgot both Urbanista Londons from my phone, and in the end after blindly trying to mix everything up, they successfully paired for one use, and next time I have to do it all over again. And now they just don't go together. I contacted Urbanista main customer support and followed the exact factory reset instructions but it still didn't work. I really don't know what else to do to get them mating properly, and after all this wasted time and frustration of trying to save about $100 on a cheaper brand, I'm just going to get a pair of Apples Buying Air Pods that have no excuse for not pairing with my iPhone. I don't recommend it. that I wanted to save about $100 on a cheaper brand I'll just buy a couple of Apple Air Pods that have no excuse for not pairing with my iPhone.
