New favorite toy - toddler and toddler toy
Due to the plastic it makes a slight noise when pulled. However, I don't have to worry about the paint or parts coming off and being dangerous like some other toys. The rope is long enough to be easily tightened, but you can shorten it if that bothers you. All in all, this is one of my kids' favorite toys.
