I have spinal canal stenosis and osteochondrosis at the age of 50. Despite over a year of physical therapy and very careful posture, I was still in severe pain after just 30 minutes of driving. I have tried other small pillows for lumbar support. I knew I didn't need anything big, so I gave it a try. That's almost the right amount of support. Something could be 1/2 thinner, maybe even better. But it already seems to be one of the thinnest lumbar pillows. Very efficient for the price. It would be nice if the Velcro straps were removable as they seem redundant with fabric pads. The material has enough grip so I never used straps. I liked it so much I bought a second one for our other car. 2006 Tundra Double Cab and 2008 Honda Element ES.
