2 blue orthopedic medium beds. Pros: Ortho foam (2 inches medium eggcrate foam) is encased in an innovative zippered base that is easily removed for self washing/foam replacement. Foam can be inserted Material is soft and construction seems good Cons: The only padding on the bottom of the bed is 2-inch eggcrate foam that isn't enclosed in its own cover (not waterproof). I doubt that dogs that "nest" or "paw" it will last long before settling down. The black fabric under the bottom is very thin and probably not chewable. The side rails are underpadded and fall under the head of both a 12-pound bobble and a 22-pound Hawaiian. Overall: The bed could have been improved if the side rails were overstated and the orthopedic pad had a waterproof finish. The lack of strong sides and thin bottom fabric makes this medium sized blue orthopedic bed more suitable for a 24 inch box bed where it cannot be flipped, or perhaps a car travel cot in the back seat, than for a stand alone fixed bed. the pros outweigh the cons, so I wouldn't buy "Long Rich Rectangular Pet Bed Medium Dog Bed" again.
