This mug got 5 stars for the look, love the tortoiseshell/leopard print. It looks very nice and feels good in the hand. It has handles on the bottom to make it harder to tip over and durable. There's enough coffee in there for me too. However, it has two main disadvantages. First, it does NOT keep drinks hot for long periods of time. My coffee cools almost as quickly as in a regular cup. I use it in the morning instead of a regular mug to keep it warmer longer, but it cools down fairly quickly and since it has a metal liner I have to carry coffee around to warm it up and then pour it back. Second, the top makes it almost unusable. It doesn't have an opening for proper airflow, so tilt it back and nothing comes out. Luckily I have another top that goes with it, but the one that comes with it is useless. A total of five stars for the look, one star for the functionality.
