Night pain substantially reduced

I wasn't sure if a shoulder brace would help, but I was pleasantly surprised that it helped relieve the pain that was keeping me awake. It's a bit big for my build (5ft with fairly broad shoulders) but I only have to adjust it once a night. I got used to putting it on on my own after a week of use.
