Glad the package arrived on time. There were no delays in delivery and my package was not damaged or anything like previous reviews. The device was easy to use and manage to get amazing results. I've had dermaplaning before, so I knew what a razor should feel like, but with that comes a guide. If you didn't get a close shave, you probably didn't hold it at the right angle or didn't use enough oil to glide. The Bad: $25 for single-use plastic is annoying. If it had the ability to refuel, I could justify it as a "starter kit". The blade comes out fairly easily with light pressure. I went to rub the blade on the towel and it all fell apart, so it's a bit of a safety hazard.
