I've been looking for a jacket for so long. I live in Seattle where the rain gets to my bones so I needed a very warm jacket. It warms me, but not too much. I also wanted something I could take to the mountains, which we often do, that works just as well in the snow as it does in the rain. I love this jacket! I'm 5'4, 118lbs and the little one fits great! I have plenty of room for sweatshirts and even a baggy vest (although doubling a down jacket is weird). The hood is amazing! It doesn't come off when you button the jacket all the way up and it hangs off my face just enough to hide the rain but not my face to show.
