I recently bought an HP Omen laptop which I installed on a dual arm monitor mount I got from Revain. The problem is that my gaming laptop isn't really "mounted", it's more like "sitting loosely on thin sheet metal". To secure my investment I literally attached it to the base with this velcro which does the job quite well. I tightened it as tight as I could. Once my laptop was tethered, I made sure it was secure by squeezing it, changing its position and angle, and I'm happy to report it didn't move. Why 4 stars you ask. Well, that's because the straps have sharp corners.
