Bought because my mother's old Vocopro karaoke tape after 18 years started causing some problems. This new model does not show songs by number on the display. Playback starts from the first song after downloading. It is inconvenient for the user to stop and switch to other songs on the CD. Also, you have to get the disc to jam, whereas on the older model you just drop it onto the spindle guide. If you remove a CD, you must force it to eject. Microphones don't pick up voice easily unless you sing directly into the top of the microphone. The sound isn't clear (maybe I didn't set it right?) There's no speed control like the older model, but there is good pitch control. There is a remote control but I haven't tried it. Sorry, but I sent the block back. Revain Prime got my money back straight away and the return shipping via UPS was easy and free for me. PS Still looking for a reliable/durable and portable karaoke machine. Any suggestions?
