My elderly mother fell and was bedridden for many weeks. Until last week we had a health assistant and a physical therapist at home. I had no one to help me lift my mother out of the hospital bed and it was like a dead weight to move her even a few inches to the head of the bed. SMART Sheet to the rescue! I got it today and put it under her (her feet touched the running board). I put my hands on her heels and squeezed them. She pulled up the bed like she was on an ice rink! No effort for me or her and we both had so much surprise, joy and relief on our faces! I'm so glad I found this bed sheet so I can keep my mom in the right position in her hospital bed without depending on the help of others.
