**Update** MobilePixels customer service contacted me after my review and apologized that the product is not working. They said they would send a replacement. I didn't even take the time to initiate a refund from Revain before MobilePixels contacted me directly. You were great, I help myself. I haven't received my replacement display yet, but I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars because 1) the first display I bought worked great and 2) the customer service is great. I can't wait to swap out the display and go back to dual screens for school work. [Original review: I bought one of these over a year ago when I was in school because my job taught me to have more than one screen. It worked great and was very helpful. The color between my desktop and screen was different, but the purpose of this additional screen was mainly for homework. I don't use it for gaming, so I don't really care about the image. However my dog broke my screen about a month ago so I had to buy a new one. This new one now has an issue that causes it to lag on mouse movements. It doesn't matter if I'm using a Bluetooth mouse, wired mouse, or trackpad. It is delayed by about half a second or more, making the site difficult to navigate. This is a disappointment as it wasn't a problem on my first one. I couldn't use it. I will endeavor to return it for a replacement. Fingers crossed that the replacement works better. When that happens I'll update the stars because like I said, the first one was amazing.]
