Product works great! I hate the oven but love this product! Our new house has a glass stove which was very disappointing as we come from a place with a gas stove. The only distinguishing feature of these ovens is that they are easy to clean. Well it's a joke! This stain is not from melted cheese or months of accumulation. This is from the ONE time my pot of water boiled away. I've tried good old hot water and Scrub Daddy sponge soap. nope That spot hasn't moved. I use Bartender's Friend on my stainless steel sink and elsewhere in the house and was pleased to see that they made a product specifically for glass topped ranges. This is a brand new stove and I am committed to keeping it that way. It took a little more effort than I expected (had to reapply once when I thought I was done) but the included washcloth(?) worked great. I highly recommend this product but not sure how it will work with old stains or stains that have piled up on top of each other. Before and after photos are attached!
