The shrink wrap packaging was slightly opened.
I opened the shipping envelope it came in and saw that the top of the shrink wrap around the applicators was slightly open. It's not a big problem for me because I've soaked them in 70% isopropyl alcohol and dried them and also only used them on myself. Overall the product itself is good and solid, smooth with no signs of chipping, and the curved tips were really helpful for precise wax application. If they improved their packaging technique I would buy them again to use on other people.
