I bought this kit a few months ago before moving to my new home but this is my first time using it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The cleaning liquid might be decent, but the bottle makes it very difficult to use. This set is too expensive to be this useless. Such a waste of money! First, the atomizer is not working properly. The lever stays depressed after you spray, so you have to pull it out after each pump to continue spraying. And my product spilled onto my hand and onto the floor even though the lid was screwed tight. Second, the mop was constantly turning over, causing the plastic and metal parts to scratch the floor. If you only push the mop in one direction it will stay vertical, but if you use the forward and backward motion the mop will flip. There is a lock on the plastic piece that connects the handle to the mop, but this only prevents it from rotating, not turning it over. Third, the telescopic handle is not fixed in a predetermined position. There is a blue piece that needs to be rotated to block. However, it only tightened slightly and then continued to curl, so it never really blocked. If you stop while it's slightly tightened, it will hold the handle in place for a few seconds, then the handle will begin to slide back down. I barely made it over a small portion of the floor, then gave up and headed back to Swiffer. If I hadn't had it for so long I would have sent it back.
