Doesn't stick or peel

Caused some kind of allergic reaction which made my eyelids and under eyes swollen and itchy terribly. While I loved how smoothly it applied and there was absolutely no clumps or chips that I have found with other mascaras, there is obviously one ingredient that is too harsh on the delicate skin around the eyes and I can't use it use. money thrown away. Too bad it can be returned on credit.
