From the outside the mirror and bracket look like the originals but the reflective material in the glass is obviously inferior! Extensively tested image reflection, the image is uneven and wavy. The old original mirror has a perfect image, the only reason to replace it is the peeling of the mirror material in the folding arm area. I specifically commented on the defective product when arranging the return, but Dealer Sales Solutions LLC still charged me the $11 restocking fee! I paid their price for a good quality device and definitely got a second quality product. So if you want to make dishonest profits from a company just order a product from the same company as me that is definitely not top quality and they will send you their faulty products and if you don't like them they will still send you make an invoice! You will not get all your money back! I believed their description that this is not a second, but this is an absolutely poor quality reflection! OK: How do you feel when you buy something that you are told is new and not second factory, but when you get it you realize it is faulty and really not second factory. In this way you fill in the correct feedback and tell the seller that it is defective. Now the seller says they can do whatever they want and "if you give me a better rating, I'll give you the rest of your money plus a future discount." Dealer Sales Solutions LLC needs to be honest and needs to be honest instead. I wonder how many people gave them high marks for scenarios like this. I'll gladly lose some of the money I spent telling the truth! These kinds of issues hurt the star rating system we all use to make informed purchases.
